October 2025

Dear friends and faithful partners,

As the school year begins, our team is full of gratitude and renewed energy for all that God is doing through your partnership.

Spring of Life is back in Full Force

SOL Kids in class

We’re thrilled to share that our after-school program is up and running again! With a new, motivated Director of SOL, Melody Dib, we’ve stepped into this school year with great momentum and joy.

This past summer, our six-week SOL program ran from June 31 to August 7. It was a season full of learning, laughter, and growth for nearly 50 children! Each day blended academic reinforcement, creative expression, games, and chapel time. The kids learned to read and write, explored their emotions, and discovered that it’s okay to cry and that God loves them deeply.

Their favourite moments? The crafts, the patience lessons, and of course, the Kermess!

We’re so proud of the staff and volunteers who made it possible and are carrying that same spirit into this new season of after-school learning.

Life Center Beqaa

Speaking in Beqaa Center

Our Life Center in Beqaa is thriving! The team is growing, and so are the people we’re walking alongside in discipleship.
Recently, Samia gathered all the Lebanese Muslim women she’s been following up with, and we hosted a Massira evening: a time of fellowship, conversation, and shared faith.

Their husbands were invited, and we ended the night with a beautiful meal together. It was a warm, fruitful time, full of connection and openness.

Medical Outreach

Many in Lebanon live below the poverty line, without medical insurance or access to healthcare.
Life Center, in collaboration with a team of Korean doctors, organized a medical outreach to provide free consultations and essential medications to vulnerable families. The initiative aimed to bring healing and hope, reminding people that they are not forgotten.

Dozens of families received medical care and left encouraged and grateful for the kindness shown to them. Please continue to pray for the Life Center team and our partners as we bring both physical and spiritual healing to Lebanon.

Life Kitchen

Life Kitchen

The Life Kitchen continues on a bit of a rocky road, but our hearts remain steady. We’re trusting God with every step of this project and holding onto His promises for provision and impact.
We’re currently working on some new content for our Instagram account and we’d love your help! Whether you live abroad or here in Lebanon, you can take part by sending us a short video to share. Just message us and we’ll tell you what to do every little contribution helps!

Lydia (not her real name) is a nine-year-old girl from a Muslim family who lives near our church. She was attending a relative’s wedding with her family when a stray bullet struck her, leaving her fighting between life and death. She was taken to the hospital in very critical condition and was in great need of prayers. When we heard about what had happened, our church felt deep sorrow. Out of love, we went to visit her. We prayed for her and asked the Lord Jesus to heal her and grant her new life. At first, her family was reserved, as they come from a Muslim background. But over time, they began to feel a genuine love that knows no boundaries of religion or denomination. We did not only go with words but also with practical support, but we helped by gathering some financial aid in cooperation with other associations to assist with her treatment. However, the amount collected was very small compared to the large hospital costs they had to pay. Today, some time after the incident, we continue to visit her every month at her home. We pray with her and share the love of Christ. And to our great surprise, last Sunday the mother attended church with her two daughters and said that she would continue to visit us from time to time. Please pray for this family, that they may experience a spiritual breakthrough in their lives.

Though the financial road isn’t always easy, we’ve seen God’s hand provide again and again. And as Scripture reminds us, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9
We can’t say this enough: your continued support, encouragement, and especially your prayers, mean the world to us. We couldn’t do this without you.
Thank you for standing with us—in joy, in faith, and in every new beginning.

With love and gratitude,

The Life Center Team
