June 2025

Dear Friends,
As summer begins, I hope you’re able to find moments of rest, time to gather with your family, enjoy the warmth of the season, and reflect on what matters most.
Here at Life Center, we’re stepping into a season full of new life and bold invitations. But we’re also seeing the needs grow, more people reaching out, more stories of urgency and loss. The weight is real. And yet, we remain committed to showing up with presence, compassion, and faith.
I want to take a moment to share what’s unfolding and how you can be part of it.

Life Kitchen Is In Trial!

Life Kitchen
While Life Kitchen has always been a space to welcome refugees and host conferences, we’re now entering a new chapter: carefully studying the logistics to ensure sustainability and profit-making potential.
Thanks to the incredible hard work of our team — and your generous support — we’re preparing to be fully up and running by July 11, our official Grand Opening Day!
Even before its official launch, the Kitchen is already buzzing with life, and the best part?Every meal served directly supports Spring of Life and our wider ministry.

July 11 Fundraising Dinner

Fund-raising Dinner

We’re so excited to share that our Spring of Life fundraising dinner is back—happening Thursday, July 11 at Life Kitchen.
After years of pausing—due to economic hardship, regional conflict, and ongoing challenges—we are finally able to gather again for this special evening.
It will be a night of good food, powerful stories, and renewed vision for what God is doing through Spring of Life.
We would be honoured to have you with us. Come hear what’s next, and how you can be part of it.

Pentecost Sunday

Pentecost Sunday – A Spirit-Filled Gathering

Pentecost Sunday – A Spirit-Filled Gathering On Pentecost Sunday, we joined together with two churches for a powerful time of worship, prayer, and shared fellowship. Three communities. One Spirit. We celebrated in unity, and left with renewed hearts. This is what the Church is meant to be.

Womens Ministry

Women’s ministry

This season, our women’s ministry continues to grow in depth and impact—supporting spiritual formation, leadership, and care for women facing real challenges.

Kids Ministry

Kids Ministry

Meanwhile, our kids ministry is alive with energy. Songs, stories, games, prayers and new projects that plant seeds of hope and faith.

One Urgent Story – A Boy Needs Surgery

Right now, one of the women we walk closely with—a faithful helper at the Center and a steady presence in our church—is pleading for help.
Her son needs urgent hand surgery after previous procedures in Syria failed. The cost is $1,000—completely out of reach for the family.

She has stood beside others for years. Now, it’s our turn to stand with her.
If you feel moved to help make this surgery possible, reply to this email or reach out directly—we’ll guide you through the next step.

At the same time, this season has reminded us of the many quiet burdens people carry. One of our Beqaa staff members urgently needs his car engine repaired—something he simply can’t afford right now. Several others are barely making ends meet. And as the situation in Lebanon intensifies, more displaced Syrian families are coming to our doors exhausted, in need, and full of hope.

Would you pray with us? For wisdom as we serve. For provision in the midst of great need. And for strength to keep saying yes—even when the road is steep.

From opening the doors of Life Kitchen, to gathering leaders, to walking with one mother through crisis—this season reminds us what Life Center is truly about.

Presence. Generosity. Faith in action.
Thank you for being part of this story. Let’s keep choosing life, together.
